Prepare for a Future in the Steel Industry Employment while still in High School

Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs, within the Indiana Association for Career and Technical Education Districts, are proud partners in the Steelworker for the Future program. Our CTE Programs are open to all high school juniors and seniors in Northwest Indiana. Enroll in a manufacturing class, welding program, electrical or mechanical program while still in high school and get the following benefits:
- Prepare for the Steelworker for the Future program
- Earn dual credit with Ivy Tech Community College
- Learn the skills to be successful in the crafts and in the steel industry
