Welcome to Ivy Tech Community College.

Ivy Tech is a proud partner in the Steelworker for the Future craft training program. It is the nation’s largest singly accredited statewide community college system, and Indiana’s second largest public postsecondary institution, with an annual enrollment of more than 110,000 students at 23 campuses throughout the state.

The specialized curriculum developed for the Steelworker for the Future program is available at the following three locations:

• East Chicago (410 East Columbus Drive, East Chicago, IN 46312)
• Gary (1440 East 35th Avenue, Gary, IN 46409)
• Valparaiso (3100 Ivy Tech Drive, Valparaiso, IN 46383)

Ivy Tech serves as the state’s engine of workforce development. They offer affordable degree programs that align with the needs of the community, along with courses and programs that transfer to other Indiana colleges and universities. In addition, Ivy Tech offers small class sizes, which allows for more hands-on instruction.
